At this year’s nationwide Career Day on April 23, we once again welcomed curious and motivated students to our facility. Our trainees came up with some great experiments and talked about their daily work. But the experiments they conducted were the highlight for our young guests: there was steam and hissing, and colorful flames were created by burning various chemicals over a Bunsen burner, among other things.
At the end of the lively morning, we made ice cream using liquid nitrogen—and, of course, ate it.
